Update on Ukraine

TCM’s ministers throughout those countries bordering Ukraine have joined with local and federal workers in the countries of Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Estonia, Romania, Moldova, Latvia, Bulgaria in providing assistance with housing, food, medicine, clothing, transportation, counseling, prayer and spiritual guidance. In addition, TCM has worked with various TCM ministers to provide similar aid directly to individuals, families, and groups within the country of Ukraine.

On February 24, 2022 TCM leadership and country representatives met at Haus Edelweiss to pray and develop our short-term and long-term response called HELP (Humanitarian assistance, Evangelism and disciple making training, Logistical networking and PrayerFast mobilization). You gave generously and, to date, $551,094 has been invested to make possible 159,400 “safe nights,” along with needed food, clothing, medicine, Bibles, retreats, outreach, financial aid, and transportation costs. These efforts have served thousands of Ukrainian refugees as well as thousands that remain in Ukraine. We are grateful to all who have prayed and helped support these efforts financially. We are most grateful to our God, who remains faithful as together we serve Him.

Food Supplies

TCM has been able to provide food items, hot drinks, and hot meals both at Haus Edelweiss and through our Alumni networks in countries such as Moldova, Poland, Hungary, and Romania.

Clothing

Many refugees had to flee with only the clothes on their backs. TCM has been able provide clothes both for adults and children.

Gasoline

Fuel for vehicles has been a huge need. As refugees continue to travel to find more permanent housing, many need gasoline to continue their journey.

Medicine

Medicine supplies have been brought into Ukraine as there are shortages of many different types of medications.
