Center for Leadership and Church Planting

MISSION

The Center for Leadership and Church Planting was established at the beginning of 2005 to facilitate the growth of international church planting movements and to promote the formation of a critical mass of new Christian leaders throughout Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

PURPOSE

The Purpose of the Center for Leadership and Church Planting is to promote church planting by partnering with existing national leaders to identify, equip, encourage, mentor, and resource church planters and emerging leaders.

GOAL

The goal of the Center for Leadership and Church Planting is to plant healthy churches which are committed to the ongoing ministry of church planting throughout the region and to cultivate a generation of Christian leaders committed to impacting their cultures through new and healthy leadership initiatives. This goal is to be achieved by equipping twenty-five emerging leaders and twenty-five church planters in the region served by the Institute.

PERSONNEL

The Center is lead by Dr. Mike Crull, European Vice President, TCM International Institute.

The Center is funded through major partner churches, individuals, and foundations.
